services owned or operated by Entertraining Etc/Trinity Publishing
and affiliated companies, (collectively "we," "us," or "our"),
including SeeingWithoutGlasses.com and any other site that we have
owned or operated, do own and operate or may own or operate in the
future (collectively, the "Sites"). Unless we say otherwise, all
references to the Sites in these terms and conditions include all
such sites. These terms and conditions do not apply to your use of
unaffiliated sites to which any of the Sites only links.
Restrictions on Use of Materials
The contents of our sites are protected by copyright and trademark
laws, and are the property of their owners. Unless we say otherwise,
you may access the materials located within the Sites only for your
personal use. This means you may download one copy of posted
materials on a single computer for personal, noncommercial home use
only, so long as you neither change nor delete any author
attribution, trademark, legend or copyright notice. When you
download copyrighted material you do not obtain any ownership rights
in that material.
You may not modify, copy, publish, display, transmit, adapt or in
any way exploit the content of the Sites. Only if you obtain prior
written consent from us — and from all other entities with an
interest in the relevant intellectual property — may you publish,

A. The user shall use

shall not post or transmit through www.seeingwithoutglasses.com any
material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of
others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory,
invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or
otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would
constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or
otherwise violate any law, or which, without Entertraining
Etc/Trinity Publishing's express prior approval, contains
advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or
services. Any conduct by a user that in Entertraining Etc/Trinity
Publishing's discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from
using or enjoying www.seeingwithoutglasses.com will not be
permitted. The user shall not use www.seeingwithoutglasses.com to
advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not
limited to, the solicitation of user to become subscribers of other
on-line information services competitive with Entertraining
Etc/Trinity Publishing.
B. The
user shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on
www.seeingwithoutglasses.com any material protected by copyright,
trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission
of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right
and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by
copyright rests with the user. The user shall be solely liable for
any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights,
proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a
submission. By submitting material to any area of
www.seeingwithoutglasses.com, the user automatically grants, or
warrants that the owner of such material has expressly granted
Entertraining Etc/Trinity Publising the royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material (in
whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works
in any form, media or technology now known or hereafter developed
for the full term of any copyright that may exist in such material.
The user also permits any other user to access, view, store or
reproduce the material for that users personal use. The user hereby
grants Vision For Life the right to edit, copy, publish and
distribute any material made available on or submitted to
www.seeingwithoutglasses.com by the user.
C. The
foregoing provisions of A & B are for the benefit of Entertraining
Etc/Trinity Publishing, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third
party content providers and licensors and each shall have the right
to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
Member Account, Password &
Security
If any of the Services requires the user
to open an account, the user must complete the registration process
by providing Entertraining Etc/Trinity Publishing with current,
complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable
registration form. The user also will choose a password and a user
name. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of the user password and account. Furthermore, the
user is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur
under the user account. The user agrees to notify Entertraining
Etc/Trinity Publishing immediately of any unauthorized use of the
user account or any other breach of security. Entertraining
Etc/Trinity Publishing will not be liable for any loss that the user
may incur as a result of someone else using the user password or
account, either with or without the user knowledge. However, the
user could be held liable for losses incurred by Entertraining
Etc/Trinity Publishing or another party due to someone else using
the user account or password. The user may not use anyone else's
account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Parental
Permission
Some of the information available on the Sites or
sites linking to us may concern the topic of sex and may not be
appropriate for children. Further, the Sites are not directed to
children under the age of 18 and we will not knowingly collect
personally identifiable information from children under 18. WE
STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT PARENTS PARTICIPATE IN THEIR CHILDREN'S
EXPLORATION OF THE INTERNET AND ANY ONLINE SERVICES AND USE THEIR
BROWSER'S PARENTAL CONTROLS TO LIMIT THE AREAS OF THE INTERNET TO
WHICH THEIR CHILDREN HAVE ACCESS.
Notice Specific To Software Available On

Any software that is made available to
download from the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of
Entertraining Etc/Trinity Publishing and/or its suppliers. Use of
the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license
agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the
Software ("License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to
install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License
Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement
terms, or by purchasing our program.
The Software is made available for download solely for use by end
users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or
redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License
Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe
civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the
maximum extent possible.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE
SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR
REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH REPRODUCTION OR
REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THE LICENSE AGREEMENT
ACCOMPANYING SUCH SOFTWARE. THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED, IF AT ALL,
ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS
WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, Entertraining Etc/Trinity
Publishing HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH
REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, Entertraining Etc/Trinity Publishing MAY MAKE
AVAILABLE AS PART OF THE SERVICES OR IN ITS SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, TOOLS
AND UTILITIES FOR USE AND/OR DOWNLOAD. Entertraining Etc/Trinity
Publishing DOES NOT MAKE ANY ASSURANCES WITH REGARD TO THE ACCURACY
OF THE RESULTS OR OUTPUT THAT DERIVES FROM SUCH USE OF ANY SUCH
TOOLS AND UTILITIES. PLEASE RESPECT THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

obtain the program at a discounted price, the guarantee is not
applicable. The 60 day guarantee is not applicable to the e-book
'How To Feel Good In Seconds', that compliments the See Without
Glasses program.

Jurisdictional Issues
We control and operate this site from our offices in The Netherlands.
